About Looney Law Firm

William T. Looney is a lifelong resident of Paris and Henry County and a graduate of the public school system and E. W. Grove High  School. He graduated cum laude from David Lipscomb College and Memphis State Law School and has practiced law in Henry County and surrounding counties for over 50 years.

He has served on numerous local boards and organizations and is an Angus cattle farmer and President of McEvoy Funeral Home, Inc., holding a Tennessee Funeral Director license for over fifty years.
